How does the free account work?

The free account gives you most of the feature sets of our upgraded account with an upload limit of 2000 Photos. There are no setup fees, no credit card required. Only upgrade when you need to.

How does your pricing plan work?

The subscription amount will be billed monthly. Amount will be auto-debited from your credit/debit card. You can create unlimited galleries up to a certain upload limit as per your plan. You can upgrade your account at any time as your business scales up.

How secure is my credit/debit card with PIXLIVE?

We don't store your card details in our database. Your card detail will be securely stored by RazorPay Payment Gateway.

What type of payments do you support?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as American Express credit cards. All cards must support automatic recurring payments.

Is there a discount for annual service?

No. We have only monthly subscription plan as of now.

Can I switch or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade or cancel your subscription at anytime in your dashboard. In the case of an upgrade, You will be charged as per new selected plan. Downgrade is not allowed.

Do you resize/crop uploaded Photos?

Yes. We do Resize your photos with quality of 80%. We d'not store your original Photos.
